Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping Costs
We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt.
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery location, package size, and order weight.
Delivery Times
Ready-to-ship items are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order items may require approximately 10–14 business days for production and delivery.
Customers should expect a call from the courier within 2–5 business days after placing the order. The courier will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times. After unsuccessful attempts, the order will be marked as returned.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging
Approved returns will be refunded using the original payment method used during checkout, or exchanged for another item based on customer preference and stock availability.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Personalized or customized products
- Made-to-order items
- Fiber items
- Kilim products
- Bamboo products
Deposits paid for custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Returns or exchanges for these items are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery.
Exchanges
Once an exchange request is approved, a replacement order will be created manually on your behalf. Customers may be required to pay any price difference and applicable shipping fees.
